The MedXPRO Skills Checklist identifies the 52 essential medical exercise training skills you should develop during the first 1 - 5 years of your career as a medical exercise professional. These skills are the basis for everything you will do in medical exercise training. Please complete the skills checklist by assessing your level of proficiency in each skill.
With each skill use the grading system below to assess your skill level:
Level 1 - Never performed: You have never performed the stated task and have no experience with this type of skill.
Level 2 - Familiar with: You are familiar with the stated task; but you would need more experience and practice to feel comfortable and proficient in this type of skill.
Level 3 - Experienced in: You have performed the task several times, you feel moderately comfortable functioning independently, but would require a resourse person nearby.
Level 4 - You have performed this task frequently; you feel comfortable and proficient in this skill; you would not require supervision or practice.
